Barring that, I need to actually know what to plug into the commerce platform so they can calculate shipping.
You'll need some sort of account# with USPS/UPS/DHL. Depending on commerce platform you should be able to just import an CSV with rates.

As for overseas sales, they should be able to be sent as regular letter (how heavy are the coins?) instead of being sent as a parcel, which ups the price dramatically. Tracking adds to the cost of course. But as a scandi I usually take the risk of no tracking instead of having to spend $40 to get something sent here.

Be very mindful of the tax law on this stuff too. There will be a federal import tax, and then some States have specific sales tax for precious metals. I would honestly ask the vendor about that, they would probably be knowledgeable about it. I would think it would probably be easiest to do fulfillment from the USA. Prices will have to change based on where it goes from there though. I have no idea if this would be something Null is ultimately responsible for doing or if the buyer is just required to note they bought it on the tax return.

UPS apparently offers small business fulfillment services.

I'm confused about what information you're lacking. If you do fulfillment yourself it will be cheaper but a lot of work. In that case you should be able to calculate shipping from the supplier to your office and then go from there. If you want to have a 3rd party do it then they should be able to tell you how much it will cost. I import a fair amount of heavy merchandise from Asia and the cost of shipping is has never really been an unknown. Specifically what do you need to know?
isnt the issues that shipping internationally from the USA can be super expensive, idk for other countries but ive paid 12-20 dollars for USA to europe shipping and he doesnt what to have to charge that much, not to mention the import fees into and out of the US.
if he spits the order it means he'll only have to pay half as much import fees to ship domentisticly and international buyers wont have to pay as much shipping/import fees.

There are ways around that if you're only shipping one or two things to a country. If you've ever ordered from Aliexpress your package was probably marked "gift" on the customs form. Documents and correspondence don't even get checked in most cases.

If you have someone you trust in the USA sending all the American orders to them and charging $5-12 shipping would cover the cost of their time and trouble. Shipping a coin domestically in the USA would only cost $2 (with insurance) and let’s say .50 for the envelopes. So whoever did it could make a few bucks profit on each coin shipment for their work doing it, which is only fair. Basically just have someone be a drop shipper for you.

But there are also plenty of professional drop shipping services. Here’s an example of one: https://fulfillment.shiphero.com/
I’ve worked with drop shippers that collect in the USA and then ship over to Japan, but they would work basically the same everywhere. The shipper sends one big package internationally and then the drop shipper mails all the items individually at domestic rates. The one above claims they can provide drop shipping for as low as $5.80 per piece and given you are only shipping small coins that would have to probably qualify for its lowest rates since its small, doesn’t weigh much and easy to ship. I’d look into a drop shipping service for American orders.

DHL has a huge global footprint and might be cheaper than FedEx. I wish I had something better to tell you. But the only thing I know is some FedEx stuff. You can get in touch with a broker at FedEx Logistics but idk how that would translate to other countries. On the other hand, they may be able to help with some 3pl (third party logistics) stuff that slips through. There are a ton of ground shippers after you clear customs, but going through the local country's postal handler might be cheaper like the US. Your biggest thing is just clearing customs/duty taxes right?

I'll trade you some crypto for shekel but am curious about shipping as well. Litecoin sound good since it has low fees?
