I've had a look on the Revolut app and it does let you transfer money to the US. I've not done it myself but unless you have a premium or metal account they usually charge a fee on foreign transfers. You'll need the Farms' account number and routing number (which I'm guessing is their equivalent to our sort-codes?) but it does look easy enough.

I used TransferWise with their debit card to buy from the last two merch runs. Registering an account and keeping money with them is free, and after any paid fees from transfering and conversion, you can spend on USD for free. However, they currently have a fee to issue the debit card nowadays (unless you are an Aussie).

The cost of overseas shipping is ridiculous from the US and I want to do something different this time. I can probably ask the mint guys to split the order to two different continents. It is being produced by a group in Singapore and will be shipped from there. I have not a fucking clue how I am going to price for shipping.

As a measure of last resort I can just send the silver to a guy I know in the US who can do fulfillment. I can also ship to myself, but I'm wary of import fees. This will really eat into my margins and it will jack up the price of orders overseas. This seems kind of ridiculous too because the order is already starting out in the old world.

For the love of fucking god if you have a sensible idea for how to get these to people for less than the cost of the fucking silver I am begging you to tell me what your idea is.

Never mind I know how I can do this without power leveling too much. As I am coming from a background of supply chain and operations close-ish to the manufacturing of the coins.

Here is the good news, I checked out to see if you would have to do pallet/skid/crate shipping and you don't at the current count of 500 coins which would weigh in at roughly 15kgs in total. If you make more than 1200 coins at once then this would have to be reassessed.

You need to bulkship the coins to a single location, a warehouse/DC as the import costs are then distributed across all the coins. From there you will have to worry about storage fees from commercial warehouses, or if you have someone you can trust and is autistic enough to sit down and individually package each order then this cost can be cut.

Australia and Singapore currently have a travel bubbling being established and more than likely will decrease the time in customs for packages coming and going from there. So Australia is an option if you're wanting speed. The speediest option would be finding a DC in Singapore but again costs.

From there people will have to pay for individual postage for their order which won't affect the larger cost of the coins and is up to their own discretion if they want to pay it. Example

Also a few questions that will help me help you with this:
How is the manufacure shipping the coins? eg are they in individual boxes or in one box in the cases.
Do you have some kind of secure system that will get order details from customers?
How much do you care about accuracy of the order fulfillment? (eg do you want a single person to be responsible for fuck ups or multiple)
How are you going to communicate order details to where the stock is being held?
