The order form says 40mm. Also says it comes in a coin holder. If you crack the factory case the coin will oxidize.

Once again, this is 1oz 99.99% pure silver. The final price is $46.39 per round. For a polished finish I needed 9999 instead of 999 which is the usual quality used for spot prices. The final price of manufacturing per round was $36.44 and then for markup I added $10.

A Privacy card might work too; they link right to your bank account and function basically as very restricted debit cards (either single-merchant or single-use) and approve on any combination of personal info. You could make a single-use card and place the order with that.
