He is obviously at a glance not just dumb, not just mentally off, but a complete weakling as well. It's really a waste to give tard bucks to Phil because he's too stupid to spend them. When you have a tard like Phil, he should be put in a group home and they should evaluate tards like this for whether they can sort glass or do anything at all. Phil is dumb as pig shit but he could probably work on some kind of line with an overseer.

With out side sperging too much, those vouchers would just be sold as EBT cash still is while in almost all (maybe all) states now you get a pre loaded debit card instead of stamps, since people on welfare are sometimes less than moral, they already have and do scam still.

Go to the ghetto or any large city you will see a nice shady person offering you a deal and he swipes your order at the food store you pay cash. Phil's home town of Philly is famous for it.

What I'd like is to see Phil reduced to this even more he'd be forced to be around real poor and often POCs... come on 7.50 for 10! I need to get another tranny bat mannnnnnn as he bounces and squeaks sitting outside of the local super market.

I guarantee you that Phil and all the other morons crying out for Socialism or Communism in the US wouldn't last under such a system. Phil and the other Pinkos who grew up white and middle-class seem to think that Communism means they get everything they want for free and don't have to work for it. If we were to somehow take all these idiots, create a Communist state for them (real Comminism, not whatever stupidity they think Communism is), and move them all there with the agreement that they can leave at any time, none of them would last a week. When they realize that Comminism means that they're all expected to work, often without days off or holidays, that they won't have the food options they're used to like Pizza Hut and Del Taco, the government will punish dissent and individualism harshly, and they won't have any luxuries like decadent clothing, toys, electronics, cars, or anything else the state feels is unnecessary...when they see what Comminism is really like, they'll all be begging to come back. Phil is already living the closest thing to what he thinks Communism is: he gets to do whatever he wants, buy whatever he wants, and he doesn't have to work for it.

We already have those in the US and people on them get around the system by selling them. For example, if someone of poor morals gets a voucher for $350 that can only be used to buy essentials, they will (illegally) sell it for $300 cash, so someone gets an additional $50 in "free" groceries, while the intended user goes and buys some cheap groceries and a bottle of liquor/drugs. Pretty sure lawmakers have tried to make it harder to sell them, but these attempts are always met with autistic screeching from people who are perfectly fine with letting people cheat the system.

As much as I wish we could do this just to Phil, if you actually made this kind of abuse impossible you'd probably cause more harm than good and it would cost more than you'd save, which is why any kind of disability insurance is going to have fraud. You could eliminate all fraud only by eliminating the system itself.

It's low quality airsoft crap. Real plate carriers built to be worn in combat don't look like that. Some of the cheap knock-offs are built like that, but they're basically the same thing; garbage that will fall apart under any real hard use. And there's no way Phil could afford real armor plates, not even the bargain basement AR500 steel plates. He likely bought the cheapest thing that looked real to his uneducated eye, either off some cheap airsoft website, or some crappy surplus store close to the Antardfa Barracks. And I'll bet he got either some closed cell foam or soft plastic inserts to make it look like he does actually have armor, because it's all about appearances with Phil. Who cares if you're a pathetic poseur if you think you look the part?

Of course. It appears to be a "Plate Carrier™" which are almost never made of kevlar and designed only to hold ballistic plates, which even if Phil could figure out where to obtain actual plates (he can't) he could never afford it in a million years as has been mentioned.

Also, 18 lbs? let's just say I'm familiar with wearing various body armors and even if it was a real IIIa carrier made of kevlar they're not that heavy.

The Australian government's been trialling welfare debit cards for a while, and due to the restrictions placed on the welfare debit card, parents are unable to pay for their children to go on excursions, nor buy any 'non-essential' kids products, because it's not allowed.

While I can understand the desire of governments to crack down on useless spending by a minority of welfare recipients, the way these systems are implemented with the aim of 'punishing' welfare recipients, is where problems start to arise. By focusing on a minority of scummy welfare recipients whenever they consider changing how welfare is distributing they end up implementing systems that negatively affect the rest of the law-abiding, hard-working welfare recipients.
