Oh yeah even before his food budget goes to shit soon he bought dates that are about five to a container, over-priced cheese and ate out nearly every day. Those independently owned places charge through the ass because you're paying for atmosphere half the time. 'Our trans friendly sandwich shop is so clever and niche that you'll gladly pay six dollars for a glass bottle of cream soda, eight dollars for half a blt and three for a handful baggy of kettle chips we buy in bulk!' Phil thinks he's helping small businesses but in reality these places know a rube when they see one so they just market themselves 'trans friendly' or a 'safe space' and human turds will spend twice as much for half back just to get that warm, fuzzy feeling of smug satisfaction.Blocks of cheese and other expensive foodstuffs from places like Whole Foods. The Australian government's been trialling welfare debit cards for a while, and due to the restrictions placed on the welfare debit card, parents are unable to pay for their children to go on excursions, nor buy any 'non-essential' kids products, because it's not allowed.
While I can understand the desire of governments to crack down on useless spending by a minority of welfare recipients, the way these systems are implemented with the aim of 'punishing' welfare recipients, is where problems start to arise. By focusing on a minority of scummy welfare recipients whenever they consider changing how welfare is distributing they end up implementing systems that negatively affect the rest of the law-abiding, hard-working welfare recipients.
Phil still has worms? At most he could use someone else holding purse strings for him (which I understand is whole another can of worms).
It would be more apt to ask "what doesn't Phil have". But that's nasty subject, let's not to there.Phil still has worms?

It's usually single-mothers who have escaped a domestic violence situation with their kids, and were previously unemployed stay-at-home parents. It's not that uncommon. Why don't these parents have a job that pays them money for spending on "non-essential" child products and school field trips?

I'm with you on this. Welfare should be a crutch, not a free ride. It should help you get through hard times instead of carry you the whole way.Welfare payments are supposed to be a temporary support, not at permanent way of life. When you're receiving other people's earnings simply because you breathe, you aren't entitled to luxuries, just the necessities of life.
Less then a grand more then $800. However a good chunk of that goes to his rent automatically before he gets the rest.Does somebody know how much tardbux he gets?

Being an amazingly angry and entitled but supremely cowardly tard who dreams of killing all those who mock him, but are forever too afraid and tarded to do it.I don't think I'll ever understand this desire to pretend like you're a super serious revolutionary foot soldier, evading capture and execution by your wits, carrying 6 different weapons on your person that you'll literally never use and couldn't even if you had to (from lack of preparedness and decisiveness, lack of physical strength, and probably pants shitting fright), and also lying about your 18 lb. body armor that's literally just an empty nylon Condor airsoft plate carrier without any plates in it.
What compels a person to publically LARP in such a way?
I've put alot of thought into this and this tard is to damn stupid to work anywhere, even as a fry cook he would fail, any job he has would cost the company more then the 5-6 bucks they would pay him per hour not to mention all the employees that would get fed up with working with him and quit. I honestly think he's one of the rare cases its better to give him a few peanuts a month to live on.I'm with you on this. Welfare should be a crutch, not a free ride. Phil is the perfect example of how the system can be manipulated to the point where Phil has zero responsibilities in life and still complains he doesn't get enough for free.
Of course there are plenty of people that use the system correctly. It's the shitty ones that draw attention.

He looks half-terrified even in his selfies.
