We don't have a singlular word to describe it. The word is translated as the phrases "15th birthday" or "coming of age celebration (at 15)"

The beginning part, quince, means 15, and its root is celebration/party. The word is also exclusively feminine (there is no el quinceañero, only la quinceañera)
whch is a nuance for this celebration being only for 15 year old girls of (usually) latina descent.
