As far as I know no. Not that it matters. As fun as it would be to see ADF freeze to death he'll hop the grayhound to California.
You have a point. He may have burnt a few too many bridges to mooch off anyone else. Maybe he'll find someone really naive with a savior complex or something. I dunno. What that boy needs is a damn social worker with some kind of supportive housing program and medication; god knows he should be able to find one in San Fransisco.

Sympathy for Phil eventually dries up. Every time he makes suicide threats, then doesn't do anything, he risks alienating his FB followers. Especially when he threatens suicide about once a week. However, I suspect the reason we haven't seen any recent claims is more because he has bigger things on his mind. That's why it's been a flurry of retarded SJW nonsense lately.
Another thing is that Phil is getting older, fatter and more homeless every day. While there are a lot of people who will bend over backwards to help a young, photogenic trans kid at risk, they tend to be a lot less sympathetic to a fat old homeless guy who doesn't even bother trying to pass. The trans community probably won't turn on Phil, unless he uses the wrong pronouns for someone, but they will almost certainly ignore him at some point. For Phil, that's just as bad.
