And it was re-scheduled because DSP pulled a no show and just sent his lawyer. Even thou the whole point of the hearing was for him to answer questions about his assets. Under oath.
Midfirst bank filed a motion requesting the court's permission to continue their lawsuit against DSP.

He's gonna be all right. MidFirst's entire foreclosure department, the judge, the trustee, all of the clerks, and the legal departments for his creditors are all going to get wuflu. I don't doubt that he's hoping the entire country gets thrown into horrible chaos so that he can keep his shitty middle unit condo for a few months longer until it gets all sorted out.

This is what happens when you put every stat point into luck while having a 1 in everything else. The universe conspires to help him juuuuust enough so it doesn't all collapse, but not enough that he can ever lift himself out from his situation.
DSP's hearing is still scheduled for Thursday at 10:30 AM his time, but he is scheduled to live stream from 10:15 to 4 PM as usual. I'm guessing he planned on not going again and look forward to seeing how that works out for him.
It would be a shame if his claim of being sick with coronavirus or whatever excuse he comes up with was contradicted by video of him acting like a piece of shit and badly playing videogames at the time he was supposed to be participating.
I wonder if he thinks the fact that there is a 60 day moratorium on seizures and evictions that he is somehow exempt from making his court appointments. Is he truly that dumb?

Yes. Yes he IS truly that dumb.
He really has this "if it's not an immediate problem, it's not to be dealt with". When the creditors eventually come to fuck him with no lube, it will be an unexpected surprise for future him to deal with. 10+ credit cards? That's future me's issue to deal with, right now I need the money. It's the same with his "taxes" which somehow always manage to creep up on him yearly.
I really want to see the culmination of rolling just enough luck saves to scrape by to come tumbling down on him hard.
