I like that the order by which the photos are posted are of increasing tard-ness. Tard, tarder, tardest.
Nobody knows the mind of a potato, but what it does convey is profound retardation.
What's the point of Phil posting all these photos to show of his tard eyes? Does he think we will forget he has Fetal Alcohol Syndrome? Because we haven't forgotten. Unlike Phil, none of us have an IQ under 75.
Also, he looks like Curley from the Three Stooges in that last photo. Except that Curley was intentionally funny, intelligent, had friends/family who cared about him, and was adored by millions.
In this order:
1. They're only tight if you're fat, and Phil sure as shit is.

I’m amazed he hasn’t already, given how central a part of his identity is. His bike was integrated into his communism, his troonery and his anarchism before Slingblade hocked it for booze money. He posted a photo of himself with some Mexican cheese and proudly claimed they were both Latinx. Normally he’ll find some way to make everything tie into today’s identity.
He could be given enough free rice and ramen noodles to feed ten people for three meals a day for year, and he would still claim he's starving because the state did not supply him with Domino's.

You're not wrong. Phil doesn't really have interests or hobbies like a normal human being, it's all cosplay for him and whatever things he obsesses over are just accessories that become integral to his character.
Like the bicycle. For you or I, it's just a bicycle, a vehicle for transporting you from one place to another. Maybe you like it because it's fun, or you can't afford a car so it's more practical. Hell even saying it's better for the environment makes sense. But for Phil, bicycles are a symbol of Communism because China from Hetalia rides one so EVERYONE must associate it with Communism, instead of good 1950s American suburban values.
And since its Communist, it's also pro-LGBTQ, and because of that it's also Latinx, and because of that it's also... fuck if I know. In Phil's head all of these things are connected and interchangeable, and most importantly, he assumes everyone else thinks the same way he does.
