DeviantArt's trying to ripoff ArtStation's layout because the suits at Wix (who now own DA) think that it'll reverse a declining userbase that sees the site as a fucking joke.
That's just the beginning. The main people behind Pillowfort are basically the same since 2015 so when they get a hold of the degeneracy that will eventually arrive to their site, that's when things will get interesting. Will they bend the knee for the artists and let them upload tons of shit that Tumblr, DA and other sites reject like baby diaper nazi furries ?, or will they stick to their original guns and original userbase and get rid of all the offensive material because muhtriggers?, since people in beta already paid for this I would believe they must do what their paying users wants but the question remains the same: what userbase is the current majority of the site, the degenerates or the snowflakes?
Pillowfort will probably be like pre-ban tumblr where it was a cycle of degenerates and snowflakes constantly provoking eachother.
At least they will have porn, though.
