If this is the same video I watched, she said it was bullshit for the artist to not refund the 20K and she felt sorry for the mentally ill idiot who spent $50K (they were bidding on other auctions around the same time) on furry shit in a manic episode. She then pointed out that future artists blocked that person from participating in auctions as they didn't want a repeat of that event.
