You do understand that these are cartoons for children and silly things like "bad disguises" are a part of the humor, right? I've not seen this shit but I know exactly what you're talking about. It's cliche type of comedy often found in children's shows where suspension of disbelief isn't as important because kids are dumb.

If you want better quality films, watch things that aren't fucking cartoons.

Uh, if it's not only a common cliche found in all types of children's cartoons, but a running gag in the tv show, it's pretty much in-line with what you'd expect.

kids are dumb as hell which is why they need giant, glaring visual cues to understand the sameness or differences in characters. make a disguise too good and the situation will be loss on kids, who regularly pick their own noses and lick cement.
