Everybody Knows Shit's Fucked is based

Yeah, "Shit's Fucked" was like the capstone of an era; one of the last great pieces of grassroots political art before the Liberty movement got subverted and fractured by the powers that be. It didn't matter if you were on the left or on the right - everybody knew shit's fucked, and nobody believed the solution was sucking the girlcock of Big Government and Big Tech. The Nasheeds were pretty based, too; I'm not a fan of Islam, but those were some great jams, and the day they got memory holed was a wakeup call.

"First they came for the ISIS, and I did not speak out - because I was not an ISIS."

Come to think of, most of the music here is pretty based. I was trying to put up a variety of political perspectives myself, but, like, Dropkick? They're unabashed commies, all "workers rights" this and "trade unions" that, and yet they're still based as fuck.

And so the story's told of a hearty group of men
It's a tale of their triumphs and their woes
Be it raids the melee's aincent or the modern workers struggle
And inspires men to stand up for their rights
And should we fall down by the wayside in this ever-changing world
We can look back to these heroes of our past
With their staunch determination and ferocious iron will
No tyranny would quell them in their task

It's an age old situation with an ever present message
That time and tide waiteth for no man
So with out fear of confrontation and the consequence of outcome
It's for freedom and for happiness they toiled
And in looking to the future we can see a better place
Where we can shake the yoke of tyranny for all
It's been paved by generations who have gone now to their rest
It's just remembrance of their dignity we ask

(chorus) so come on rally 'round this brave and valiant cause
With tradition pride and honor at it's core
With swords drawn to defend stood these noblehearted men
Faugh-an-ballagh clear the way me boys

Under perilous conditions with small hope of success
They left behind the lives that they once led
And by virtue of their fortitude and singleminded strength
They cleared the way for the people of today
So when we think back to our ancestors respectfully we hark
And thank the men whose struggle broke the chain
It's a long road up ahead of us let's forge on while we're strong
And leave our mark of honor once again

(chorus) so come on rally 'round this brave and valiant cause
With tradition pride and honor at it's core
With swords drawn to defend stood these noblehearted men
Faugh-an-ballagh clear the way me boys

And so the story's told and it comes now to an end
It's setting any era any land
When abusive tyrants force the hands of matters great or small
It inspires men to stand up for their rights

Well it's all gone to hell now, the wimps have gangs
Pop punk tough guys with neck tattoos?
Well if you guys are hard then I'd rather be soft
Man I gotta find me some seriously sensitive dudes

Hey! Ho! Hey!
You gotta shake hands with your feelings
In the Wicked Sensitive Crew

In Pittsburgh they called us closed minded
But we know that's simply not true
Yeah we're touchy, feely, sensitive guys
I ain't ashamed I cried when Mickey died in Rocky II

In Sydney they misunderstood us
They called us thugs and mean-spirited types
Yeah we might not be Swedish, and we sure ain't vegan
But do thugs have posters on their bedroom wall
Of the dude from the Darkness in a creepy meat suit
Zippered so low you can practically...
("God that's gross!" "What? It's cool")

Hey! Ho! Hey!
You gotta shake hands with your feelings
In the Wicked Sensitive Crew

I don't know nothing about no meat suit
But I'll tell you there's one town that's ahead of the times
Man, they know what's up for sure
You see it's home to the godfather of love
The bald little man who started it all
One Teddy "Huggybear" Etoll

Hey! Ho! Hey!
You gotta shake hands with your feelings
We've got a big hug waiting for you

Hey! Ho! Hey!
You gotta shake hands with your feelings
In the Wicked Sensitive Crew

Each day when I wake up and I set my best foot forward
I'll make an effort to be all that I can be
I take a look around me and I wonder how things change so much
In the few short years since I was a young boy

Do you know what we're fighting for?
I know in an instant I could lose everything I'm working toward

Yeah, I know I'll win my battles though I fear we'll lose the war
To the new American way

The morals of this nation's youth have long gone astray
Led by tolerance, indifference and this kinder gentler way
That has corrupted and destroyed so many of our boys and girls
Oh Lord, I start to wonder will it ever come around?

Yeah, I know I'll win my battles though I fear we'll lose the war
To the new American way

I'd be curious to see if there's any definitively non-based political music that's also good.

Lol, literally posted yesterday about this in the Guilty Pleasure Thread. For whatever reason, Commie music is just something else, even tough I am absolutely not one. I especially enjoy music from the former GDR, but some of the soviet stuff is also really good.

Here are some of my favourites:

So much for the soviet music, but here are some compositions from GDR composers (e.g. Eisler, Brecht, Busch)

idk why i can't rate your post, but a bunch of good songs in there i've enjoyed for years. Glory to the ones who look forward is amazing. Soviet and war-time Japanese music is my two top sources for early/mid-1900s political music.

A Napoleonic French song about how delicious onions are when fried (and how dirty Austrians aren't allowed any)

A 15th century French song essentially about "lol King Henry V is dead and you lost the 100 Years War, enjoy TERF island, Britbongs!"

Because this thread needs more French Monarchist songs

Also some stupid Neo-Nazi shit I happen to have, probably won't play here because it's MP3:
Honor - Narodowy Socjalizm

Landser - Sturmfuhrer
