When read up on papal history around the election of the new pope I found this gem. America's very own anti-pope he even has his own wikipedia page http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/David_Bawden and a documentary made about him. Why does he fit in Lolcows because he was 'elected' by himself his parents and 3 others, and he claims anyone who does follow him is going to hell. Maybe more of a nut job but he makes me lol

It's kind of funny that this guy got taken seriously at all by the world at large. If this guy had had any web presence and had been campaigning online, this would have been just obscure fodder for a kinda short ED page. But nope, this is real. People actually took notice.

Just goes to show that the Internet is Serious Business, and sometimes real life is Really Fucking Serious Business.
