It can mean basement dwellers and lonely leg-beards on both sides getting some sort of fulfillment. Normal people wouldn't touch this because they are at least more likely to get some tail compared to those beneath the basement or screeching out in streets.

It's possible that in the future as the technology develops and becomes more widely available that VR porn might become just as popular as real porn is. It's also possible that won't happen too. It's fun to speculate.

Most TV animation is at 25 fps. So since most of it will be anime shit anyway that will probably do.
