Doctor Whore was okay. It was a pretty decent parody of Doctor Who in terms of script, although most of the actors didn't look or sound much like their characters (with the notable exceptions of Amy, who did look spot on, and the Eleventh Doctor, who tried really hard).
I think if you're going to do a porn parody, you should at least come up with a punny title. I'm always faintly disappointed when they just call it "This Ain't Tinker, Tailor, Soldier, Spy!" or "Schindler's List: A XXX Parody" or something equally lazy.
