Possible Lego rebuild of 14BLC? -

Is anyone else expecting a Lego rebuild of 14 BLC or Chris' room?

When I took sculpture classes, I thought of making a diorama (one viewed from a peephole, to match the PSEye's location) to see how his room would look in 3D perspective. Also, I wanted to see my classmates' reactions to this weird shit. Unfortunately, I was too damn lazy and never did it.

But now, seeing how many Legos Chris has, and the attention to detail that he's put into his school building, I'm just going to wait and see if he does it himself.

I doubt it. I'm not saying he didn't appreciate 14 BLC but he didn't have all the happy memories that high school has. High school is his happy place while 14 BLC was his home, if that makes sense.

I would imagine so because his Lego High School was not a match to his real high school. If anything, if he were to create his own Lego 'home' he would likely create it how he would want his home to be, because it looks like the Lego High School looked like an idealized version of the real HS.

There are at least two putative floor plans for 14BC floating around. They were in the first fire thread. It appears the correct one is the one that puts Chris' room right under the roof hole.

Kind of a waste otherwise. When I was a kid, my Lego house always had at least two slides between levels and three pools, one which housed my pet dolphin.

This is why I loved Legos so much. I built my own Lego dream house on a beach (i had one of these lego bottoms/bases that was a beach) and it was damn fun.

I still don't get that. I mean, I had a great time in high school. But I'm glad that is over. Why he hit such a roadblock and refused to move on is a mystery to me.

Maybe in thirteen years when his life has fallen to lows he never thought possible. I forget which thread, but Marvin suggested that Chris didn't really fixate much on high school around the time he and Megan were on good terms. When that fell apart, and when the trolling began, Chris once again put his romanticized memories of high school to the forefront. And as to why he can't move on... well, if he could do that, would any of is be here?

I don't think he'll ever build his house in lego form, because his house is where he lived while he used legos/video games to build other places as an escape from reality.

I know I already linked this, but it's eerily appropriate to how devoted to High School he is, as if he wants to go back in time. It's like his Neverland.

It must be one hell of a fantasy, because we know that his gal-pals were not TRUE and HONEST. It's almost like he is trying to make ideal memories with the Lego high school and that will be real for him. Very very sad really.

If he does do it, it'll either be:

a. a disastrous boxy thing (not unlike the real place) made from bricks of mismatched colors
b. a sprawling mansion (likely an existing set with very few real modifications) that idealizes his past home in the same way that the Lego MHS has almost nothing to do with the actual school

How much does Chris associate 14BLC with the trolling? We now know that Chris doesn't remember or doesn't recognize the bullying from high school since it doesn't conform to his TV enforced definition of bullying, but his definition of trolling is hilariously all encompassing. I just can't imagine him at a McDonald's going room-by-room through a Lego effigy of his former home that even he was ashamed of. "Here's the kitchen where the trolls tricked me into recording my mass debating. Here's my bedroom where the trolls tricked me into banging a blow up doll."

How do we know he didn't declare one of his other expensive sets the rebuild of 14BLC? For all we know, the Batcave is supposed to be his old house. It makes as much sense as Heartlake High x10 being Manchester.
