That's a really important thing to clarify. She's clearly blurred out or conspicuously torn off various sections here which is in of itself suspicious. Can we get someone in here who actually knows things about the law to tell us what this paper really means, or use that docket number to look some shit up?

Is this the first restraining order she managed to get? Because it would really put the other harrasment she claimes to have been targeted by into perspective. I mean, not only did Jace not even intend to kill or hurt her, Wu doesn't even need a restraining order to keep him away from her, he's too incompetent to get to her in the first place as we've seen - and if some crazy dude swinging toy knives at you and challengeing you to a street race (and crashing his car before he even got anywhere near you) is the only kind of "harrasment" that the police took remotely seriously so far, I wonder how bad that harrasment before this must have been.

Well, she has a second date she has to go to, and if she doesn't it expires (there's a good chance the commander will have to go into court that day as well). I'm no legal genius or anything but it appears that she may be suing Jace, not just getting a restraining order and calling it a day. That just serves to keep him away from her til the court date. The commander is stated to be the defendant and she is a plaintiff. According to that bitch Judge Judy that means Jace is gonna get pulled into court...

It's meerly a summons for an order of protection hearing, part of the summons is an interlocutory order "just to be sure". MA court case lookup sucks dick and she hid a bunch of stuff but I'll see if I can find it by case number or something to make sure Jace it the defendant. Either way it's meaningless until Jace is served.

edit: and for everyone doing the 'hurr durr, it's just paper, it won't stop him' routine, the point of a restraining order is not that it will make the restrained individual stop, but that it makes any intent to break that order an actionable offense. NOW rather than being able to dismiss a tweet as 'I was just going to drive over there and pull faces at her', any proclamation by jace as to heading to brianna is an action he can be arrested and detained for.
