Going old school here. This is a mini documentary about Vic Morrow's death (as well as the deaths of 2 little Asian toddlers) on the set of the cursed Twilight Zone movie in the 80's:
The 1st part of the video talks about the mishaps on set and the eventual legal battle, and the 2nd half shows the actual death footage.

BTW, does anyone have that one webm where there's two black guys and a girl in a car? The girl is playing with the gun, accidentally fires at one of the guys's noggin and blood starts flowing down onto his shoulder. I saw it before but forgot to save it.
