Sweet potatoes are not potatoes.
Opinion on potato skin? Recently had mashed potatoes (red and Yukon gold), with the skins left on, and it was divine.

i eat them pretty much every day.
I always leave the skin on if I can, it adds a nice texture, like bubble and squeak lite.
Also why wasn’t bubble and squeak in the poll?
I wouldn't eat the hartley hooligans, they're pretty rotty by now.
