Preparing for Merch Run 2019 -

Hello, my name is "Josh" and I like money.

We're going to be doing a limited merchandise run again (probably only shirts / pullovers). As per last time, I will be collecting and showcasing designs, and then for a few weeks they will be available on a store. When the buying period is over, they will be printed and shipped.

It is done this way because
(a) laser printing is expensive, high quality, and done in batches and
(b) people will attack whatever storefront I use so we get one shot with them.

The minimum order is 25 per design. So, focusing on a few popular designs is better than many designs.

Spoiler: I understand these are last year's designs and that this year's designs aren't determined yet

What I learned from this is that we did too many designs and we didn't do enough to cater to men. I'll have at least one design that's more male oriented.


Regarding processing,
- All transactions are on third party websites.
- Payment processors, ran by the banks, handle FIN.
- No orders will be associated to any forum data.

They should probably reference the site or its content in some way so people actually want them, yes.
