From my time spent among the SJWs I have learned much of these strange creatures, and can translate some of what they say.
So basically, pangender means identifying as all genders. People got pissy at this because of things like autigender (where your gender is autism) and other mental illness based genders and this weird obsession they have with groups like two-spirit and hijra, which they seem to think is a separate gender unique to the culture it's from, rather than a primitive tribes way of dealing with trans people that has carried on into their culture as it becomes more modern.
So pangender is offensive because unless you have autism you cannot identify as autigender, and unless you are Native you can't be two spirit, and so on. This anon is saying that if you define it differently it can be fine, and the guy on the blog is saying that he's not autigender/two-spirit/etc, so he can't judge.
All in all, a whole lot of words to say fucking nothing, apart from maybe 'I don't know what gender means'.
It also seems their tumblr is active, despite it likely coming up in search results that they're being mocked here. This thread may not be the first result, but it's still on the first page.
Reddit seems to be making fun of them as well. (This one is my favorite.)

What happened to "presentation =/= gender" and passing trans men? Oh, right, people have magic gender detectors and that's how sexuality works now.
The whole point of all this nonsense & double-think is to give SJWs something to get offended at right off the bat, and then to tangle you up in more nonsense jargon.

"Polysexual" used to be the term they'd use to say they wouldn't date cis dudes, saying "attraction to some genders but not all," so they could dance around it. Now they're just saying it outright.

I simply can't wrap my head around how they think it's such a sin to be cisgender. It's not fun in any possible way to be transgender or whatever these idiots pump out on the daily.
How can something life-changing and absolutely horrifying become an accessory? It's likely the oppression points and "fuck the norm uwu", but my question is where does it begin?
....I think I'm still mostly stuck on them making a sexuality that specifically excludes cisgender men.

Though I suppose it doesn't matter, no matter how supportive one is, when you change your gender more than the phases of the moon everybody is just going to roll their eyes and mutter "whatever" when you dramatically announce you are now asbilagiratibulartivni-gender.
