He moved in with her and Isa earlier this year. Although it’s unlikely that’s the case now. Well in some of her live streams she has been known to flip out all of the sudden and turn from sickly sweet to standoffish.

In one of her first videos with her boyfriend. She asked him if he was gonna do some heart ceremony at Build A Bear workshop. He was hesitant and she guilt tripped him by saying "Don't you love me?" Ugh that really gets me mad. I mean I am sure he loves her but there are just somethings that you don't wanna do in public

I've seen some of her videos, she's not a very good voice actress, so I'd say that first option's unlikely.
