So slowbeef recently tweeted out this video. From what I can see it's essentially giving the shitty 90s-executive "how-do-we-get-edgier" treatment to video let's plays.

They've also put their first legit video out. Take a drink every time you hear them curse and by the end of it you'll be on the ground hemorrhaging and wondering what went wrong with your life or something probably.

Yup. It's essentially their entire mission statement.

Also, the albino-looking guy with the military-style hat creeps me out really hard. I don't know what it is, but I can feel my soul trying to escape my body every time he looks at the camera.

So these guys watched a couple of Two Best Friends Play videos and decided, "Hey, what would it be like if a bunch of really unlikable people did this?"

Also, they could not be a more obvious cash-in.

I think the most interesting thing is that they're already selling t-shirts with only one video up.

Honestly, these are the reasons I considered posting this in lolcow instead of video games.

With how well the videos are admittedly edited and the fact that they're already pushing merchandising, i have to wonder if these guys are really a group of buddies or if they're some kind of company-made project to test whether or not they can penetrate the LP market.

Yes. Having too much Pewdiepie would require something else, so why not some Let's Players who think swearing is funny and cool. The comments pretty much point out how bad this can be, not to mention what some of them want (the "emo looking" gamer girl).
