The middle line stitch is visibly built into the clothing as a weird, terrible design move. There's a teeny bit of bunching with one of the girls, but it's only noticeable as "cameltoe" cause of the stitch. I don't see your point.

I've never seen cameltoe on a person in real life because it's very difficult to achieve and extremely uncomfortable. It's not a given with form-fitting clothing like le bulge owo might be, so frankly it is an excessive sexualization of the female characters.
