Interesting how he's wearing a headset in the photo. It's like he went in to complain, demanded to talk to the person at the desk's manager and ended up wearing their headset to do it. And look at the way he's turned his back on the person at the desk.
I'm guessing he's an absolute nightmare as a customer because he's constantly threatening lawsuits over problems he's made up and probably has no money to pay his bills.

My guess is that he went into Telus and demanded they change all his numbers for free, now because he's a protected class who is being attacked by Nazis. The person behind the desk said 'We can do it but it will take time and cost money'. And then he demanded to speak to a manager to whom he spun a tale of oppression and woe mixed with threats to take them to the BCHRT if he didn't get what he wanted.
It'd be interesting to hear from whoever took the picture though. I could be wrong.
