Yep. If they wanted it siezed they would've taken it when they did their search. Unless something new happened, they didn't take it. It's probably the simplest explanation which is that he's getting a new number because he's getting lots of phone calls he doesn't want. I feel bad for whichever unwitting innocent ends up with his old number though. No one deserves Jonny's old number.
