I work in health care.
You see this a lot of obese people. They tend to get little pustules around their middles, and more often than not. They pop them and keep picking them until they scab over. I would imagine her center line is full of scabs, and scars from older ones. They seem to form from right around where you would expect the waist of her "hero in this really" stretch pants would sit, and roll right down her gut and under her fupa.
It just reinforces the belief that she doesn't bathe regularly. Cleaner fatties get them less than dirty fatties.
