Hello, I looked over the Bankruptcy Analysis and FAQ thread and I had a few questions.

1. Since the case has finished has there been any more news or did DSP actually get away with lying under oath and get all of his debt discharged?

2. Has anyone informed the IRS about the alleged tax evasion?

I just stumbled on this rabbit hole via youtube and I want to know how the story ended or if it's still ongoing.

TL;DR - DSP's bankruptcy "succeeded" for several reasons: he has no assets to collect on, he's not worth their time, and numerous autists 'helpfully' emailed Nancy with information to the point she probably dismissed the whole thing because she was tired of getting the emails.

Also, DSP is legally bankrupt. Just because he got the "best case scenario" doesn't mean he succeeded. He's still bankrupt.
