He also disappeared for a while straight after Bernie lost the nomination. It was burnout or him taking the loss of nomination a bit too seriously. Matt said in one of his vlogs around the time that none of the Chapos had heard from him and he seemed a bit bitchy and unconcerned about it.
Obviously he would then return and has now disappeared for his other gig, presumably in an effort to go “serious”. Never got why he was always lauded the way he is, I find him a smug humorless prick, takes himself way too seriously, good for a snide comment here and there but he never seemed to laugh alongside the group which I thought was weird.
So are their any threads on the reddit that actually tells what ways people can help themselves or organize to get a voice in the system?

This thread is dead so I figured I'd stop in to give it some content. I check in on chapo.chat or whatever the fuck they're calling it every so often because there's always some dumpster fire raging. I just now checked to see what this spergout out of the week was and found out it was this.
Every day this user makes a thread that's something like "I love my trans comrades" and from what I can tell some user said the posts were formulaic and they threw a fucking fit.
It's a pretty fucking innocent thing to say but it set them off anyways. Here's an archive to their post.

Why would they be deplatformed? ACAB, Looting is Right and Good, America is Racist - in 2021, these are all mainstream viewpoints endorsed by corporations and politicians alike.
They only will be deplatformed when they start doing things that are inconvenient to corporate america like successfully starting a wave of unionization or actually managing to convince democrat voters to vote for a third party.
Polite disagree. There’s a major generational problem in the Democratic Party and it’s been a long time coming. I’ve said it before elsewhere, but basically the 60’s boomers view every generation of political activists and wannabe politicians after them as interns and maybe staff. Here today, gone tomorrow. Mentoring them properly would create rivals, and the soon to be 80 and 90 year olds in power don’t want any of that.
But death comes for everyone eventually, and there must be successors. But the mainstream liberals do not want the AOCs to inherit, as they’re from the working poor and thus only fit to follow orders and get coffee. So it’s gonna be real fun when the Dem Civil War finally kicks off. Not today, maybe in ten years.

First they shutdown the sub’s discord chat for hatespeech and set the group to private. The price of gamestop plummeted. The boys and I did everything we could to get the stock to rally; share memes, we posted, we increased our positions… but it wasn’t enough. The establishment wanted to scare people and it was working. Everyone in the sub was saying don’t sell but it felt like the house was winning. My portfolio took a fucking nosedive. I panicked. And this was where I messed up.

I figured if the big boys could short the stock, I could too. And that’s what I did. I borrowed shares and waited for the price to drop and right after that robinhood halted the buying of gamestop and the stock dropped seventy percent. I tripled my money and cashed out. And then I got really stupid, I started posting about my new PS5 and my Ikea bedframe. The guys in the sub knew something was up. It didn’t take them long to figure out I had shorted the stock and once they did I got a lifetime ban from the sub. And that was it. Once they found out they permanently kicked me off the platform.
That following march Senator Elizabeth Warren drafted a bill banning more than four men to be on the same thread and President Kamala Harris signed it into law. And all I had was my bedframe and my PS5 and my seven hundred thousand dollars, which I put into dogecoin which ended up being a pump and dump and my PS5 broke when I threw it into a wall.
And that was that. All I have now is thirty two hundred dollars and chequeing account. Thirty two hundred bucks to never post again. It wasn’t even enough to go to therapy.
And now I’m nobody.
