Contrary to what you might expect, this isn't run by /r/the_donald. This is actually a communist subreddit accusing liberals of not being authoritarian enough to stop the fascist menace.

I'll start with some drama from a few days ago.

/r/drama user /u/Prince_Kropotkin made a thread on /r/anarchism revealing that a poster who said a policeman shouldn't be burned had had his comments deleted by /r/anarchism admin /u/insidescreamingvoice:

Oh man, I've been meaning to make a thread on these guys. When I first stumbled across this subreddit, I assumed that it was set up by conservatives. But then I read the sidebar:

They're infamous around Reddit drama communities due to their spats with /u/Prince_Kropotkin, but they don't seem to bring much attention from the wider Internet.

I said this the other day in the Ghazi thread, but while Ghazi fully buys into the identity aspect of leftist politics, they are not even remotely the most extreme leftwing community on Reddit.

Along with SLS, there's also /r/LateStageCapitalism, /r/FullCommunism, /r/RadicalLeft, and a bunch more. I'd be tempted to say open this thread up to all of the far-left Reddit communities but that's up to the OP. They're all pretty equally hilarious though.

Don't discount outsiders from winning if they gain a large support base. These people did the exact same thing with Trump. The only people you can exclude are lolcows like Brianna Wu who don't even campaign on things most people care about.

That's true, but Trump's politics are, in hindsight, rather mainstream. He doesn't differ too greatly on immigration than say Ted Cruz, who wanted a wall back in 2012. The Green Party meanwhile are calling for complete dissolution of international borders and no immigration enforcement at all. Unless antifa becomes the new tea party (and I doubt that), I think you can write all of these guys off as less electable than a standard Democrat or Republican. And I maintain that Sanders would be a nobody if only because the primaries were so bare. He wouldn't have any ground to stand on if a strong mainstream Democrat like Biden or Franken had challenged Clinton.

I don't think the Green Party is electable, but it is possible there might be a populist left in the Democratic Party which draws young voters in and wins. They wouldn't be supporting moonbat policies like abolishing borders, but I can imagine proposals to overhaul the health care system again succeeding.

These people, doing this smug turnabout on their own liberal friends who fall too short... I want to equate it to their own accusations of mansplaining because it sounds like they're doing a lot of self-righteous "well actually" talk toward the sycophants who fall short of their dream, but something feels off and I feel like I'll burst awake in the middle of the night with a clearer vision of what actually defines them. Thanks for this @Pointless Pedant, this kind of infinitely fractional political autism is something I never get my fill of. I knew some legit commies growing up that I lived to argue with and they lived to argue with each other just as much. It's not a secret to anyone remote familiar with these people that they loathe liberals, especially market friendly neoliberals who they'd first kill over Hitler if given a choice.

Anyway, one of the commies I knew had their group infiltrated with modern cultural marxists that put feels before reals. He told one of the women to stfu because she was more than likely being retarded and it ended with a witch hunt of him, he was given a show trial and his corpse paraded around. When other commies reported on it they refused to name exactly what it was, only that it was patriarchal abuse and his accusers was never named for their protection.
