Too Autistic for KiwiFarms
kiwifarms.net
For those who don't know /r9k/ is a board on most of the main imageboards, which consist of the loneliest, most socially inept, most suicidal guys on the internet, with a few self-confessed Roosh V followers and "Nice Guys" thrown in for good measure.

Unlike Wizardchan, who sends to be neutral or uninterested in relationships /r9k/ actually waivers somewhere between hating Women and Worshipping them, even to the point of dressing up and posing as them to get some of the sweet "easy mode" they go on about constantly. They often enjoy anime, and are constantly disparaging "Chads" who don't immediately attempt to mould their personality, and likes/dislikes around their partner.

And their eternal nemesis, lolcow.farms. While the main boards tend to concentrate on Female lolcows, or just Females the users hate and/or are jealous of, the other, more general boards more closely resemble the Bizzaro Universe /r9k/. Conversely, their complaints tends to revolve around hating the types of guys they attract, how ugly girls get hotter guys than them. They also tend to enjoy anime, and essentially have almost as fucked up views on the opposite gender as their /r9k/ counterparts.

They are eternal and bitter enemies that will battle until the heat death of the universe. And if you begin a post with "As a Women" on /r9k/ or "As a Man" on lolcow.farms, expect insults/bans/and saging. Especially if it goes against their respective site lexicons of "All Women are Hoes" "All Men are Pigs". lolcow.farms even has a special robot emoticon applied by the moderators to identify and warn which posters are likely "robots"(/r9k/ users)

Just in case you needed some extra info, I have provided some handy examples.

Shouldn't you know what happens when a Nice Guy meets a girl who's Not Like Other Girls™ by now?

It doesn't really matter if one side wacks it to anime daily and the other compulsively buys shitty lolita dresses with their tugboats. Hell's gonna freeze over when these people finally settle for someone in their own league *yawn*

So the extra autistic?

You have no idea. We're talking multiple threads comparing piss/shit bottle collections and some guy who almost starved to death because his female cousin came to visit for a week and he was too afraid to leave his room to get food.

The original Wizardchan was really something special and it's a shame it got Julayyyyyyed to death by weens.

Since the history of /r9k/ wasn't in the OP I'll give a rough story of it.

4chan the site we all know for better for worse, has had many brushes with the media, /b/ is the random image board a near no rules section that being both anon in posting and lawless created a culture where people felt safe to be deviant, either for fun or because they were. Needless to say we know 4chan has got famous a few times for different events. Each time brings a lot of "normies" people trying to see what it's about, the misfits that made a home of /b/ didn't like this. To a point they cried enough to the mod staff, they were sick of copy pasta and moral people.

/r9k/ was born, it first was made that you can not post the same thing, preventing spamming and pastas. This made it literally as random as possible. It took off, but not being able to reply often sensible things rules were relaxed a touch. Being the people who had to "hide out" from /b/ culture says a lot. They couldn't sit and wait till "normies" got bored, nor did they have any real hobbies to venture to 4chans long list of boards. So they started to turn /r9k/ into their pillow fort.

For the people who were "le so randum" /soc/ was born, leaving only the most dysfunctional people on /r9k/. A lot of these people wanted girl friends, but not in a way normies do, they wanted "fuck mommies" it's what you think it is, a woman who supports them but also a sexual option.

/r9k/ got a bit of news fame via Elliot Rodger and the pre election fame of pepe the frog. Unlike people who popped to /b/ to see what was up /r9k/ was too much for normies and they ran off a lot faster, not even taking advantage of their chance to use racial slurs with no back lash. During the "raids by normies" The robots (as they call themselves) ramp up their anti social behavior to Wiz Chan tier to quickly push off the normies. These people are so ashamed of their actions, they use a website to post anonymously, and still rage when someone who's not as degenerate as them reads their antics. So they are aware how hopeless they are yet still ashamed. It's an odd balance.

In regards to pre election cycle pepe, /r9k/ much like /b/ being so experimental in nature, has a ton of new memes, people aren't afraid of a flop and what catches on does. Needless to say anyone on social media or a net user knew Pepe before the news got on it. Well Pepe was being used by "normies" and they wanted more OC from robots, the users felt used and robbed, so the new Pepe's they produced were of the most foul nature embracing the robot life style, pepe wearing a diaper playing video game with a gut, Pepe throwing toys at his Mother etc. Stuff you couldn't repost on face book if you could even stomach to look at.

I find they have a very strange love hate relationship with themselves. As mentioned before /r9k/ has a love shy mind set of love hate towards women. It's a very common topic. Mental health is a common topic there as many claim (and probably do) suffer from different illnesses. It's good to talk to a peer group about struggles in anything but from what little I've poked in to those threads they are oddly rather polite and respectful. There's a very dark sad kinship they seem to hold.

So that's the history/story of /r9k/ for those who want/need to know.
