There is not a shred of evidence that everyone is equal, yet apparently equality is the ultimate goal. Why can’t we have a society that recognises inherent strengths and weaknesses in the races?
I don’t see anyone clamouring for equality in the NBA or the 100m at the Olympics, so why must colleges and workplaces give preferences to less deserving minorities?

How about a simple meritocracy, where those most deserving succeed.

The persuit of perfection is not a objective but an ideal, we'll never have a fair society simply because you're limited by the circumstances of your birth but we can certainly nudge the odds.

This seems self-defeating since it ignores socio economic issues and cultivates presumptions about individuals personal merits, you can try and argue about how smart the individual 'races' are but the sheer economic disparity means it all looks very dubious. It's pretty telling that within 50 years of the collapse of discrimmination laws you have Black people in the upper echelons of power and academia and historically many white people are dirt poor and stupid as hell.
By contrast you're going to very quickly get complete fuckwits elavated simply because we presume they are 'naturally' good at Admin work or somesuch.
The olympics is an interesting example because British performance shows just how strongly culture can shape achievement. The mostly white British contigents covered themselves in glory in the recent olympics due to heavy investments in olympic training programes-outdoing 2 of the big 3. By your logic you have an entire generation of people who would have been told they should go work in an office or somesuch.

Their are serous sociological issues with how we treat urban communities in terms of education but you're throwing the baby out with the bathwater because the baby is black. Your proposed system appears not only inherantly unjust but predispositioned to produce generation after generation of failures with a the issue becoming worse over time this system calcifies then rots.

Of course not and recognising them early and putting them into a high achievers program is a simple process.

One example- imagine black schools where the goal wasn’t to have them try and compete with Asian and white students, but to achieve realistic academic goals. No amount of money for ‘dem programs’ is going to level the playing field and telling blacks they aren’t as successful as others because of oppression and racism has created the racially charged climate we’re in now.

Kids who were basically raised on the streets and they do nothing after they get home from school but watch horrible role models talk about how doing drugs having sex and killing is how make it out there.

To add to the other reasons presented above, one that has been offered is that East Asians tend to score relatively lowly on measures of intellectual curiousity (remembering that small mean differences can make big differences at the tails of a distribution). I'm not going to comment on the underlying merits of the argument as I haven't looked at it in detail and am merely mentioning that it has been made. All a standardised test will show you is how good someone at answering questions is on the day, Their are a thousand upon a thousand variables which will shit it up. Not in the least building a system which tells people "you're intrisically dumber than other people." of the top of my head.
I didnt discover I had a knack for theology until I was in my early 20's. By contrast the top performer in my late childhood class grew up to be dumb whore and that's a society telling everyone they have potential, imagine how destructive a system which tells you you're inherantly inferior to Chris chan would be to a childs academic life?

It’s already happening. White flight is a real and observable phenomenon.
Remember all those 100% white public schools they forced to integrate in the 60’s. Those same schools are now 90+% black because all the white parents took their kids out and sent them to private schools.

Incorrect, as we've previously stated their are so many reasons why this system doesnt work. Not in the least because all you're really testing is how good the child is at ticking boxes. It also totally fails to calculate external factors.
