I know she's probably only ever done the equivalent of doing an adult dance lesson at her local community center but if someone were the literal lead in a show wouldn't they put extra care into make sure there was a good costume for her? Like if they'd chosen her as a lead why would they sabotage her or not care if she fit or not unless it was either 1, a totally made up story with her exaggerating her importance in any dance "group" she's been in or 2, if it was such an amateur production they pretty much just chose leads out of a hat and didn't really care if they had to switch one lead for another if there were any costume issues or cared if the lead had slightly different clothes. Last known photo of Julianna was from October 2019. And no, she can't have too much longer; there's a good reason we haven't seen her picture for nearly 3 years.
Please note that Ragen herself only chooses extremely flattering angles of her body for photos, because compare her 10/2019 photo above, when whe was still "training", to this last known photo of her from November 2020.

If either of them are needing an MRI something is amiss healthwise. If there's a delay on a diagnosis because they can't fit into the machine this could be hilarious. Both of them are done for if they get coof as well.
the first medical MRI was built in the 70s. The professional class of american society that built them (doctors, engineers, etc) from that time had absolutely no idea that people could get as fat as ragen's girlfriend, and certainly had no idea that so many people would get so god damn fat. I am sure most of them thought it was incompatible with life. It is ultimately deadly of course, but the number of years some people can hang on at 600+ lbs is really surprising.
The "re-write" section is like the principal skinner "no, its the children who are wrong" meme, except its about a physical object. Laughable. You are too big/the mri is too small both communicate the same fucking thing.
I will say though, if the fats win this and roomier MRIs get put in place it will be a lot less clausterphobic for everyone else. Its not the worst thing that could happen, though it is too expensive to really implement without junking a bunch of otherwise totally functional imaging equipment.

MRI machines are prohibitively expensive and the process of transporting and fitting is incredibly complex. Most hospitals have to build service roads and knock down walls just for them to be delivered. This article gives some insight into the complications.
There’s zero chance that average hospitals will scrap their machines for bigger ones. Hospitals dealing with obesity may opt to build a unit to house a bigger MRI, but it’s never going to be standard. If Ragen has managed to out-eat medical equipment, that’s a consequence she’s going to have to live with.
1) You actually can't physically build a bigger MRI because the amount of radiation that it would take to get clear results through all of the adipose tissue would exceed what is safe for humans.
2) They have actually used zoo MRIs on super obese people. They either stopped due to bad PR or I heard one story that the super obese were giving animals infections, meaning the humans were dirtier than the animals. Which makes sense because super obese people can't clean themselves as well.

They do have MRI scanners that can accommodate morbidly obese patients. They’re bigger and open sided, originally designed for claustrophobic patients. They are horrendously expensive though and only very specialised private hospitals have them. Your average morbidly obese patient wouldn’t be able to afford access to one, and the clinic linked has an outrageous NHS wait time.
