Opinion:
Randi, Zoe, and any other "GamerGate survivor's" magnum opus, "Crash Override Network", was an "anti-harassment resource" which ended up hurting a lot of people. Brianna Wu was one such victim and got the multiple death threats from a lunatic who was initially put into contact with Wu through Crash Override. This psycho was a fellow "GamerGate opponent", so Wu never sensationalized these detailed threats in the same way she glommed to anonymous posts on 8chan or Deagle Nation.
I suspect Randi also wants to keep this on the down-low, and having a victim of one of your fuckups run a political campaign which picks up a modicum of traction is not a good way to do this.

Harper is actually pretty important as a resource. She was always in the clique in a mercenary capacity and nothing more.

A lot of shit we know now regarding CON and other professional victims we know because of her turning on other members of the clique. She's the one who threw several of CON's biggest retards out (David Gallant most notably) and she was willing to put aside her personal politics for a bit in order to help expose Nora Reed's hijacking of Social Autopsy.

Randi's also the one who brought up several things we now know about the Rat Kings' and CON affiliates' patreons, including ways they drum up the numbers in order to seem more impressive via circular donations (donating to one another) and in Brianna Wu's case, self-donating.

She has done some awful and frankly lolcow-worthy things in her day, and likely will continue to do them, but she's ultimately been a huge boon for lolcow chronicleers in general, and the fact that she pisses off so many people we cover means she has a sort of place of reverence here.

Harper has also made no bones about calling Wu a fucking idiot. She's mentioned specific cases in the past where Wu was on a panel and proceeded to talk over everyone there because victim complex.

His response was to go to KIA to try to rally support against her, but KIA by this stage in the Autism War was used to morons trying to personal army them by this point, so they told him to fuck off and laughed at him as well. At this point he tries to get the Farms involved to try to get some retribution against KIA, encounters Dynastia, and the rest, as we say, is history.

I can confirm this. I offered Harper a chance to completely defect from the SJW loons once, mostly to see what reaction she'd have and her response confirmed to me she really had no loyalty to them, but the appearance of it was worth something them if nothing else.

Ultimately, she cares for herself the most, and even if she generally falls within the SJW sphere, she's far too self aware and self-centered for me to call her a lolcow in good conscience, especially since she was willing to throw them overboard when all common sense dictated it was better to sell out than stick by the more toxic nutters like the Norasphere.
