Ever notice when Chris talks about "LOVE" he rambles on like a nonsensical idiot, well more than usual. It's almost as if he's just throwing random words and rationality into the situation because he doesn't understand it. I don't think dumb dumb understands how traffic works. I honestly still in shock that the state of Virginia allows Chris to drive something that capable of killing himself and others, still cannot believe the state didn't try to revoke his license after he attempted vehicular manslaughter back in 2011.
