Well, mostly to keep following her.
He tweeted an apology at her and got blocked again. No mention of an address or anything intimidating.
I think (and he can correct me if I'm wrong) @Keine meant "creeping" as a catchall grouping of everything that's not physical sexual assault, or stalking or any other, more specific crime. It's bad and emotionally damaging, but still a distinct class.
Why's it a distinct class? Well, for one, stalking is much, much more serious because the person will literally show up at your house. That is intimidating to your physical safety in ways that merely saying gross shit isn't.
See, this is annoying as fuck, because when conversations about this come up, there's a constant trend of making everything Chris does, more dramatic in stupid ways that aren't justified by the situation.
Person A: oh, hey, so, yeah, Chris totally was talking to this chick at a bar, and he was giving her weird looks and groping her--
Person B: wait, what? Groping her?? As in grabbing her boobs
Person A: Yeah, dude, like, he was talking to her and saying weird shit
Person B: yeah, but, so, he was grabbing her physically?
Person A: Nah, but I mean, what's the difference? he's going to do it anyway, he's a pervert
Read the comments weens leave Chris on twitter or on any of his videos. There's this weird, persistent escalation going on. The myth precedes the man, it seems.
Though e-stalking isn't a thing, anymore than cyberbullying (as popularly conceived) is a thing. E-stalking will never affect your physical safety. Just your ability to fly under the radar on an international, publicly accessible data network. Which might be kind of annoying, but your life will still go on.

Too many people are expanding the definition of stalking (among other things) to fit Chris into them.
Chris is indeed creepy with women, he definitely went way too far with Megan, where kept making advances, and was even exceptional enough to use her as an example to prove that his straightness to ED (the forever infamous shecameforcwc).. The Parappa thing was another proof that he wanted her to be his girlfriend..
But we really can't say he stalks her. I say this because this is what real stalkers do, and he did not get to that level (yet):
If you want to argue that he obsesses over Doopie's social feeds then maybe you're right. But he's still not stalking her either.
Chris came the closest to being a stalker during the Wallflower saga, where he kept calling her work..etc. to beg her to take him back. Even then he backed off after a while.
If I had to categorize Chris, I would say he obsesses over women like stalkers do, but never has the motivation or energy to take true stalker actions.

I never really got on the whole CWC thing, I’ve always been watching from afar. Reading ED at 3AM when I need something to distract myself from suicidal impluses, browsing forums and blogs when I don’t have anything better to do, etc. So I can never say that I’ve been much of an instigator. But I think we can all safely agree on CWC being a creep and making those around him feel very unsafe.

Stalking is persistently following someone, learning their whereabouts, repeatedly and relentlessly attempting to contact them over and over again through any form possible, staking out outside their home, things of that nature.
Yes, Chris was a creepy fucker towards Megan, and he's done some inappropriate things like find her Etsy account or whatever and comment on it. But he never followed her home, he never sent her unpleasant surprises to her door, and when she cut off contact with him he more or less accepted it. I don't even think he threatened her, apart from saying her fictional skunk drawing wished she was dead. He has never done anything to her that would warrant legal action taken against him.
Chris has not done anything to a woman that would warrant legal action against him. The closest he's come has been putting his face in Catherine's boobs and making socks to follow Doopie. He sent some pictures and messages to the trolls that would warrant legal action if it had been unsolicited - but it was not unsolicited, it was part of the trolling.

Yeah, there's a lot to Chris. He's a shitty person and a huge dumbass. Just not always in the ways he's popularly perceived as.
And it's not a huge deal. I'm just saying that, when I ask questions of people, it's not to be a bitch, but just to get them to clarify what they're talking about. It could be a misconception, or it could be legit.
Nah that's how I meant it. Chris creeps on girls in that he sort of clings to them like an retarded puppy. He's not a sexual predator but he's really good at making people feel uncomfortable by saying and doing shit that he thinks is cute or affectionate but is just weird to non-Chris people (ie. everyone else on the planet).
Make-up! is something he hasn't bothered to wear since around 2014. And after he spent all that money on Sephora! There are plenty of women who would love to have the cash to blow on expensive cosmetics.

Take the Darlinggate with LadyofTheCosmos, Chris clearly meant to use 'Darling' & 'Dear' as terms of endearment.. But what he doesn't understand is that the world around him has different uses for those words.
The stark difference between how he imagines people should interact and how they actually interact is the real reason normies girls feel creeped out by Chris. This difference is brought about by his extreme isolation more than anything else. Because any autist can figure out basic greetings if they were exposed enough.
One more thing, he really doesn't have the brain capacity to make 'plans' on how to creep on girls, it just happens accidentally because he is Chris, and he's quite frustrated by it too (Him droning on about Date Ed is an example), because it means that he is not getting closer to
He's being fed these lines by some chump. Probably doesn't even make sense to him beyond a "hmm yeah, I guess dat sounds good". Obviously puppeted chris is boring, at least go back to the slightly more subtle shit where you think maybe he's coming up with this on his own.
When you are a large man who makes no real effort to look feminine (I realize in Chris' mind he thinks he is being feminine and doesn't see his efforts as shitty) besides dressing in a combination of accessories from the little girls' section of Walmart and bag lady clothes from Good Will, people aren't going to respond to you calling them terms of endearment the same way they would a woman. His autism prevents him from understanding other people might see him differently, so when he calls someone 'dear' he doesn't see anything wrong with it, and seems to believe that if he just explains it to the dumbass who is taking it the wrong way enough times, they won't be offended. I mean, he sees girls on Twitter call each other sweet names and use cutesy emojis with each other, and he thinks doing the same thing is perfectly fine because he is one of girls. It's got to be confusing for him when people tell him it's creepy. Honestly if he would just stop doing what makes someone uncomfortable after they ask him to he would be ok, but his stubbornness and need to constantly be right escalate the situation and he ends up in the type of situation he did with LadyoftheCosmos.
When all you see before you click the link on the home page is "Chris is no longer", that could mean anything, especially "Chris is no longer a virgin."

We lost a few good soldiers in the process; may they Rest In Peace, that their efforts were not in vain. Also, after Silvana got captured, until the mutual foe is down for good at least, Count Graduon and Cwcville’s Christine Weston Chandler signed a peace treaty, as Graduon offered his troops and services for the effort.
The fight was North beyond Ruckersville, and the commander of the enemy waves were going to push the fight into Charlottesville. Thankfully, with the help of the CWC Defense Army Division, My Autobots, and my family, our large group kept the enemy back.
Then, Christine initiated a Very Smart Operation: Fine Ol’ Solution. There were Cloakers and similar bad people of interest in Cwcville (not counting Graduon and his crew); they rounded the Cloakers and baddies up and in a Large plot of land Graduon donated, a Prison Camp with Great facilities for reforming the bad pawns to good people.
After rounding up the Cloakers and bad guys there, our foes retreated! And our groups of Brave and Powerful Heroes are free to return to their homes and rest.
Built on Cwcville’s soil, not in the city, though; outside of the city. Graduon donated a lot of land to build prison camps full of large ovens to keep the people warm, and even top-notch dentistry with well trained doctors also running the clinic. The camps also have some of the best showers a prisoner can ask for; Shower Stalls with privacy walls.
We all in Charlottesville, Ruckersville, all places to the north of us, And the people of Cwcville can sleep more safely now.
