It's all fucked and convoluted and corrupted anyway; I love Sonichu, as much as someone who isn't an exceptional British preteen youtuber girl can, and I can't be fucked to care at all about any of what he's made recently. It's just him copying his twitter feed onto a pasted background of fucking ponies and maybe Not-Sanic and Tahls.
I kind of doubt he'll ever draw anything that isn't a commission or one-off wish fulfillment ever again, and it doesn't bother me that much. I'm more interested in the tire fire at this point.
I'm assuming the present status quo is partially because of PewDiePie's video. If even a tiny percent of them are paying monkey money to dance, that's still a good number of new wallets on the scene. The novelty will wear off, though, and then we'll see yet another Financhu saga, though this one may be more desperate if he loses his "core" Sonichu "fans" with all this fuckery.

Chris already deleted the poll to replace it once, saying the people that got removed simply pulled out of the race. There is no doubt he'll say that everyone he didn't like pulled out at the last second, leaving his favorite to win.
This doesn't read like Chris. It's not a bad approximation, but it doesn't feel quite right. I'm 80% certain he's given someone else access to his accounts and either hasn't bothered to check what's being written or isn't knowledgeable enough to understand.
Chris has mentioned a manager in the past. Might this person, much like "Jessica Quinn," have picked this moment to turn troll? I would imagine someone with an "in" could convince Chris to let them take on some of the work of writing Sonichu. He's certainly advertised for help in the past.
