Bronycon, the only place where Chris doesn't look completely out of place.I'm wondering if KrazyKari took a photo with Chris at Bronycon. She says on her Twitter that she went to the con and posted a bunch of photos:

It's difficult to tell with the different makeup and the wig and sunglasses.
Chris should get a job working for that convention.Bronycon, the only place where Chris doesn't look completely out of place.
in which case all the nazi chrises his fans have made over the decade live in.
So to clarify, there's a difference between never (or essentially never) sending out the comics, and occasionally fucking up and missing a deadline. They're both shitty, but one is worse.Another sucker who gave Chris money is now regretting her decision:

I don't mind Chris making money but this annoys me. He begs for enough Patreon money to pay off the mortgage but is too lazy to make a list of comic issues he needs to print out, buy them, sign them, and mail them out. I wouldn't be surprised if he doesn't even bother putting aside enough of his Patreon money to pay for the comics and shipping. Instead he buys vidya games and Mickey Ds.
Autism is a bitch but Chris has earned his failures in life and anyone who is stupid enough to give him money deserves what they (don't) get.
So to clarify, there's a difference between never (or essentially never) sending out the comics, and occasionally fucking up and missing a deadline. They're both shitty, but one is worse.
I think people get the impression that Chris' schedule is more like the former than the latter. The truth is that, in general, Chris does regularly send out the rewards. He fucks up sometimes, and he misses deadlines sometimes, but not most of the time.
This person isn't a sucker for contributing to Chris' patreon. (Well, other than gambling on wanting this to be delivered in time for Christmas.) They just have shitty taste.
I didnt say he never sent anything. So to clarify, there's a difference between never (or essentially never) sending out the comics, and occasionally fucking up and missing a deadline. They're both shitty, but one is worse to a different degree.

Yeah, but that's not really the conversation at hand. We're not talking about technically what he's obligated to do, but rather what is good and right for him to do.Not defending Chris but as it's been pointed out time and time again Chris doesn't actually need to send out rewards or even complete his commitments, the only downside to not doing so is loosing supporters, patreon ain't gonna do shit.
The sonichu figurines were kind of a unique situation, in that I don't think Chris expected or was prepared for a sales volume of that magnitude. That was indeed a big fuckup on Chris' part, but not really a repeatable situation. That said it's hard to say Chris is "working on it" rather than not when you consider he fucked up his etsy/sonicu figures thing so bad has shop was closed....you have to fuck up real bad to have them step in.
I didnt say he never sent anything.
I didn't say you said he never sent anything. Reread my post. I said "never (or essentially never)" and yeah, that's very much what it sounds like you're saying here.He goes on Patreon and asks for people to pay off the mortgage but he can't be bothered to regularly send out comics once a month.
Actually, Chris has always had pretty solid ebay ratings. He's a pretty good seller on ebay when the buyers aren't weens looking to fuck with him. We're talking about a guy who had terrible ebay and etsy ratings, had numerous complaints on both sites, had money returned to buyers on a number of occaisions, and lost both accounts at a time when he was literally begging for money.
He gets most of them on time.He also couldn't be bothered to always make time sensitive videos, like birthday wishes, in a timely fashion when he was getting paid $50 for them.
They don't lose out. They do receive their content, on average. The vast majority of people who send Chris money in exchange for some good or service do receive their good or service. That said, anyone who tries to buy something from Chris is a sucker unless it's strictly cash and carry. Or if they're perfectly content with potentially losing their money or they just think of it as giving to charity.
In the sense that they're being conned?Anyone stupid enough to contribute to Chris's patreon is a sucker
Chris isn't fundamentally dishonest, and he doesn't mean to slack on his business, he is basically a kid that failed to launch in any meaningful way, and kids get distracted by stuff instead of knuckling down and doing their homework/chores..etc.I didnt say he never sent anything.

In general, when Chris has a reasonable workload, he delivers satisfactorily.
Oh yeah, no, he was a total shithead there. No doubt about it.Granted
But how did Chris react to demand
By expanding his line, promoting multi buy deals and taking more orders rather than creating a cut off or setting a workload . He just kept taking orders and not filling them, yet spent the money until things go some bad etsy stepped in.
Well, to clarify, by "satisfactorily", I mean that he delivers on time and delivers what was requested. Not being a duck but I have to ask for an example that doesn't include Chris selling a 3rd party's goods on ebay or people just grateful to own a piece of Christory, even when someone doesn't complain it doesn't mean Chris didn't half are it, in fact it's usually better when he does.
Chris isn't fundamentally dishonest,.
Yes. The same way that people who give money to MLM are being conned. Or that buy shitty cars. People are giving him money to be "part of Christory", which is stupid because it doesn't make one part of Christory anymore than Tweeting him "You are stupid" does. It isn't "owning part of Christory" either, because it's not like these shitty drawings are historical CWC documents. In the sense that they're being conned?
Chris almost never tries to lie with intent. When he does try, it's fucking hilarious. He gets really... sweaty and sketchy. I don't know if he's literally sweating, because it's just over the internet, but he acts really shady, like he's a drug dealer from a cartoon.Ignoring him trying to lure a girl to his house by pretending to be someone else
Or claiming expensive items such as a ps4 bought on credit are fan-gifts to keep barb from hassling him
Or claiming he needs money for bills rather than toys
Or buying games at a cheap price and trying to fob another store he bought it there for a higher price but list the proof
Or shoplifting
Or that he was honour roll
When someone says "conned", I expect there to be some actual fraud going on. The people who give money to Chris are dumb, but they're not being defrauded.Yes. The same way that people who give money to MLM are being conned. Or that buy shitty cars. Especially when he's got a reputation of not delivering

Yeah, Marvin said pretty much what I was gonna say (although imo it was on topic). Not defending Chris but as it's been pointed out time and time again Chris doesn't actually need to send out rewards or even complete his commitments, the only downside to not doing so is loosing supporters, patreon ain't gonna do shit.

Didn't he do a bunch of pre-orders and special requests too? That's the worst way to do it, especially if the person tends to let things slide, because there could be a log jam between receiving the orders and making the product. The sonichu figurines were kind of a unique situation, in that I don't think Chris expected or was prepared for a sales volume of that magnitude. That was indeed a big fuckup on Chris' part, but not really a repeatable situation.
re the first sentence: my bad then. Sorry 'bout that.I didn't say you said he never sent anything. Reread my post. I said "never (or essentially never)" and yeah, that's very much what it sounds like you're saying here.
It sounds like you believe Chris' successful delivery percentage to be close to zero. Maybe not literally zero, but pretty low, like 30% or less.
That's not the case. Chris fulfills the vast majority of the requests he receives.
Actually, Chris has always had pretty solid ebay ratings. He's a pretty good seller on ebay when the buyers aren't weens looking to fuck with him.
He gets most of them on time.
A Self-cuck sounds a heck of a lot like sucker, tho a cuck is a sucker and not all suckers are cucks.Chris' customers are self-cucking themselves. In fact, market forces should dictate Chris should send out less product than he does.

A lot of this is:
And I believe Chris DID get on the honor roll, but the problem was how he got there
- Chris being a spoiled child.
- Chris being prodded on by trolls.
- Chris being stupid.
