I doubt Chris has never even walked a mile for exercise in his entire life. An average person should be able to walk a few miles with no problems.

Chris applies this philosophy to his entire life. He's prolonged being a child into his thirties because he's taking it slow and steady. He actually intends to get a steady job at 60, move out of mom's house at 85, and die peacefully in his sleep aged 310.
