You guys are better at deciphering CWC than I, I could tell that post had to do with his "biological clock" but his sentence structure again left me confused as to what the fuck he was actually trying to say to back up his argument.
It's autistic speak for he sees more daylight with daylight savings time, so he wants to keep it (even though he sleeps til noon and is too lazy to get a job anyway)
I don't even think they think they're trolling him, they just want a piece of Christory for internet cred, even if that piece is a shitty Chinese bootleg Pokemon cartridge and no one cares.

This? Doesn't seem like something Chris would be all that interested in.
My theory is just that it's a result of him always having names and initials on the mind. He probably derived the initials "APB" from their names and then Googled it to see if it stands for anything, so he could use the result in a sentence. It's the main answer that comes up if you Google "APB".
What he actually thinks "All Points Bulletin" means is anyone's guess.
