I kinda wonder if that's true. Like maybe the buyer wants to rip off Chris by claiming the item wasn't sent so ebay will force a refund. Chris would probably do something like lose track and not ship the right one, but I dunno how he'd forget to put anything inside.

Yeah... it's actually pretty close... Though, Chris can thank "The Guy Game" for boosting up the price of his "Meh" collection of games. Yup, the only valuable game in the stack... and it only owes it's obscurity due to being yanked off store shelves for having an under aged women show up in it.

... For the record... would anyone even risk buying even the game alone from Chris after he handled the disk after "Playing"?

Regardless of how much the PS2 games are actually worth, I'm honestly surprised to see Chris trying to sell old games he no longer uses. Even if he just ends up using the money from the sales to buy more toys he'll never use, it's at least a major step-up from selling his brother's stuff without even asking him.
