Definitely needed for all the week-old members who post some variation of "being nice is something that should be expected of everyone, not something people deserve a pat on the back for" in the Nice Guys thread.

As much as I'd like to see these ratings put into use the "dumb" and "autistic" cover these thoughts pretty well to be honest.
