Now, the thing about this cow is that I'm not even sure if this guy is a cow...or even human. All he does is post bizarre content on various outlets with no outside interaction or anything. I am convinced this man is a specter, an entity who exists for no other purpose than to weird you the fuck out. I present you Ray Sipe.
Ray Sipe is a guy on Youtube who posts videos of himself usually singing or doing something else weird that he labels under parody and comedy. He has been active online since mid 2010 and tends to post several videos a day (all with bizarre and incoherent titles too). He is probably at 4000 videos and counting at this point. They almost never surpass 30 seconds long.
He tends to sing in his videos, but they all sound exactly the same with similar melodies and lyrics. He also seems to posses a bunch of children's toys and other stuff.
Not much is known about this guy. The only lead people have gotten on this person is he was an Arizona police captain who was involved in a sex scandal and was shortly detained from the force due to being dishonest during investigations.
He later filed a lawsuit against the entire City of Kingsman for the loss of his job and causing him STRESS, among other things. Something along the way must have caused him to lose his fucking mind. The outcome of said lawsuit is unknown, but Ray could have won the lawsuit and could very well be a millionaire living it up in Florida making bizarre Youtube videos for the rest of his life.
