Of course joker and Rambo get nominated simply because they refused to be "woke" I think the razzzies may have always been a little biased, Friday the 13th was nominated for worst picture at the very first one and ennio morricone's score from the thing was nominated for worst soundtrack as was the score to death wish II, but they really stopped being about actually bad movies when I found out Ghostbusters 2016 wasn't even nominated for worst picture.

I see they full on go against Rambo: Last Blood for having actual real world issues in dindu countries rather than fantastical issues or white/orange man bad.

But, WORST RECKLESS DISREGARD for HUMAN LIFE and PUBLIC PROPERTY is so insane it belies belief. Rambo's only human victims were drug cartels and there is literally no public property being destroyed. Joker had very few on screen casualties with the public property damage being the average BLM march.
There is a literal argument that Joker was seen as violent because it DIDN'T disregard the action of human life as just some fancy special effects galore like the average Marvel flick.

Rebel Wilson has really earned every award here she's nominated for. Also, the Cats screenplay itself isn't bad, it's just the film's execution. Like sweet fuck I've seen countless schlock but that movie is impossible to sit through, even pirated and filled with shady in-video gambling ads. Dave Harbour wasn't bad in Hellboy either, just the movie sucked.

IIRC correctly they nominated a documentary about Trump for a bunch of awards last year so they could nominate Trump himself. The Razzies have been on my shitlist ever since The End is the Beginning is the End by Smashing Pumpkins as worst song just so they could shit on Batman & Robin some more. The end credits in which that song plays is the best fucking part of the film you dickheads.
