As much as we all know Phil isn’t genuinely Trans and is unlikely to get the necessary paperwork together to get his love spuds removed (a apt description of his ball’s if there ever was one), I would like to make a argument for removing his ball’s.
Phil is a excitable and violent person with a very stunted intellect, he has little concept of the world around him apart from how it benefits him. If something panders to his ego or gives him a good feeling he will do it without a care for how it will effect the person or group he inflicts himself upon.
He has a well documented history of violence towards people he feels have wronged him, From his mother who asked him to pay his share of the rent, to friends who helped him and his former romantic interests.
And collecting weapons (The CRKT knife, Bike lock, etc) and a expressed desire to get a carry permit to make people pay who miss gender him, and regularly try’s to issue threats to make anyone who points out his many flaws to cower in fear (while in reality we point an laugh harder, knowing just how meaningless an ineffectual they are). This is still disturbing in the extreme and while he is unlikely to really do anything as he has without fail been beaten to a pulp every time he has acted out it’s only a matter of time before he feel’s he is backed into a corner and try’s something with one of them.
He also has a very disturbing history of inappropriate sexual conduct towards people, be it obsession with friends (leading to a pant shitting incident) or creeping on people that are far younger than himself in a way that goes beyond lacking a understanding of personal space that isn’t his own he has demonstrated that as long as he’s satisfied he doesn’t care.
He has a proclivity towards domination (mostly out of his subconscious understanding that he has zero power or influence over his life, but that’s a topic for another day) that is expressed by his fascination with bondage, that he is disturbingly public with be it romping around with the 30lb bag of sex toys, to pictures taken in public spaces wearing things like the mittens etc.
This pattern of violence and sexual self satisfaction leads to the horrifying extrapolation that he will try to use violence to coerce some one into fulfilling his needs because he feel’s he is entitled to have them catered to on demand without any consequences.
Phil needs to have his testicles removed either surgically or chemically to make him more manageable and less prone to sexual activity’s and less excitable, this is only tangentially for his benefit, Society at large would find it easier if he was less active in any way sexually towards members of any community he is likely to insert himself into (nearly every incident he is involved with has a sexual element to it) and anyway to make him less of a problem can only be a good thing.
