Hey guys -- who are the best to read about on Encyclopedia Dramatica?

Also -- I saw a horrible set of pictures on the site (dissected-chan - don't look if you haven't seen it) and I was wondering what the story is and if it is real? I really hope it was made for some movie or something. I dissected three cadavers in uni studying anatomy but that at least was done for a legitimate purpose whereas here I'm too grossed out by the prurience to look carefully enough to see if it's real.

I've seen a few dissected cadavers online (for medical purposes) and as much as I'd like to believe it's fake, that sort of detail is really hard to capture, even with a training dummy or a set prop for movies. According to some people over at a gore site, the story that came along with her was fake, but the pictures were real.


I mean, the skin itself looked pretty realistic. It wasn't really the corpse itself that was disgusting, rather, just seeing that someone defiled it for sexual purposes that was really off-putting.

Cake Farts: even if the story is fake, someone did in fact sexually abuse a corpse? I've been in two university anatomy labs and one pathology lab and even though I was just a student from my observations I don't see how anyone could get the privacy required to do what he did.

I know that if someone did that to a deceased family member of mine, I would not sleep till I had tortured him to death slowly.

Could be a coroner. I mean, this isn't the first case I've heard about a corpse being assaulted.

Legally a corpse can't be assaulted, a corpse is considered property and can only be owned by a select few entities, either a relative, a funeral home, or a scientific community (like a lab or museum or those cryo-storage places). Note that this list doesn't include the corpse itself, as in, if you have a last will, the law does not require anyone to act it out. This also means any of those entities can do whatever they want with the corpse when they own it, regardless of who says what. So legally a museum curator could stick his dick into your skull if your body was donated to one and nobody could tell him otherwise.

There are often criminal statutes about desecration of a corpse, improper disposal or treatment of a corpse, or other offenses. There's also a common law tort of outrage covering utterly abhorrent conduct intolerable in a decent society, which would give a cause of action to anyone, like a family member, who found out about such behavior and was justly horrified by it. Also more recently, there are intentional infliction of emotional distress and (in a few places) negligent infliction of emotional distress.

If you legally had access to the corpse for whatever reason, it would probably involve you being licensed by some agency and you'd almost certainly be violating regulations applicable to licensing, some of which might also constitute criminal offenses.

If a DA found out you did sick shit like this, they would find something to nail you on.
