You know, on the outside, it looks like it's in reasonably good shape. But one can only imagine the horrors that lie within. . .
Glad to see there's actually shit in the dumpster for a change. I think it's kind of amusing that Barb would rather chuck it than clean it out, especially given her track record.

When mold starts growing and spreading inside a fridge, at some point, it becomes impossible to completely eliminate it no matter how much you clean, and the fridge is a loss.

The sad part is, my first thought was, "yeah, but who lets a fridge get that bad before. . .oh, wait."

I've been expecting a cleanup crew to show up at 14BLC for some time now based on the port-a-john that was visible in earlier leaks. Barb would not have rented one just for herself and Chris.
I can't identify most of what's in the dumpster because it's all in bags and it's dark, but since it's all in bags I suspect it's household garbage and barbage. They bag up small stuff to make it easier and faster to haul out, especially if it's particularly nasty. They wouldn't bother to bag up drywall or carpeting, but I suspect they'll have to toss out a few dumpster loads of barbage first before they can even get to the walls and floors. Clearly, though, getting that refrigerator out of the house was a priority.
The refrigerator also means it's definitely a cleanup crew clearing out 14BLC, because there's no way Chris would be able to put that into the dumpster by himself even if he was so inclined. I also have to laugh at that pic because if the refrigerator were at all functional they'd have made some attempt to reclaim / recycle it or at least make sure the coolant doesn't escape into the atmosphere. It must be indescribably nasty inside that thing if they grabbed the first tape at hand (painters tape - not even duck tape) to seal the doors shut before tossing the whole thing unopened into the bin. Trashed refrigerators are usually required by law to have their doors removed before disposal to keep children from getting trapped inside (because there's nothing kids enjoy more than climbing into broken refrigerators apparently), but clearly the clean up crew considered whatever is inside that refrigerator to be the greater menace (probably they just don't want to work around the smell that thing contains - and that's saying a lot because clean up crews are generally accustomed to some pretty bad smells).
This doesn't bode well for the home being rebuilt, too, because usually some attempt is made to recover as many appliances as possible if there's any intention for the family to re-occupy the home. Of course that refrigerator may be completely non-functional or not worth recovering because of the horrors inside, but it still does not look good for 14BLC ever being rebuilt.
Edit: Where is that barbage smiley? I have a feeling I'll be needing a lot of it in the near future.
Also I'm reminded of the toaster oven from the ending of Time Bandits. Whatever is inside that refrigerator, don't touch it. It's evil.

But seriously, can you imagine the shit that's been festering in that fridge? And I'm just talking about when 14 BC was still standing, never mind five months of no power. I'd be genuinely surprised if the mold inside hasn't developed sentience and proceeded to develop some sort of Roman Empire culture, all with little mold colosseums and aqueducts and a little mold Julius Caesar.
