What is really funny about Mersch is that his personality flaws are awful for both of his desired professions.

I have never worked in radio but I have worked a comedy club (bartended). There is a shit load of overlap between standup and morning zoo intern. You need to have thick as shit skin for both. The dive bar I worked, we would routinely get the radio interns trying their standup at night, and in the morning, doing retarded stunts for their bosses in the am.

There are so few spots available that people are shitting on and sabotaging each other all the time. The duel problem of Mersch being easy to trigger and at the same time, can't hide that, makes him easy prey for everyone.
