Have you ever just... hated something so much that you would use anything, including your own family, just to talk about it and cause drama about it? If you answered yes, then your name is most likely Rich Penkoski.
Rich Penkoski is a conservative, outspoken "WARRIOR" Christian who has used his daughter to state his anti-LGBT views, and strives to rid the world of sin by being a "warrior" Of Jesus H. Christ, who lives deeply inside him. He is also a CHRONIC liar who allowed his entire family to be ran out of town in New Jersey after making threats in 2018. He has also produced a myriad frivolous court cases, and even being convicted of perjury in Virginia amongst other things. If he even remotely feels like someone is able to mock him, he immediately blocks and keeps himself in his "safe space" of RAGE. In other words, he's exactly what he hates the most.
He also loves his politics, because politics = Christianity.
Lolcows love to do this thing where by any means they will find a way to discuss their fixated hatred-- you usually see this with any lolcow REEEing about Kiwi Farms and their thread. This goes for Rich, who will go by any means to discuss his "hate/love child": HOMOSEXUALITY. His love for Jesus, who is clearly inside him (*wink wink*) forces him and compels him to scream and REEEE against degeneracy and perversion to his followers. He truly is a man of God, going to great lengths such as putting his own daughter to the forefront and getting her cyberbullied on social media.
So to start, this is the picture running rampant currently on social media that has started this man's decline into dramacow:
Information about his daughter is going to be held confidential. This isn't about her. This is about her father. That being said, due to his antics in 2018, there is a lot of information from their old school district which I will get to below.
BORING LEGALESE BELOW:
School policies exist and dress codes exist. In general, minors according to law are regulated under guardianship laws that permit disenfranchisement, which allows for legal guardians to, in theory, protect children. It also means that a child does not technically have freedom of speech, and a guardian can create restrictions and rules. This occurs until a minor hits the age of majority and are in "full enfranchisement" mode, they are under the stewardship of guardians. School systems are also considered guardians. This means that Schools have legal rights and obligations like guardian parents when they are in school, and thus can dictate rules and regulations when on premise. Rich didn't like this and REEE about it, even going so far as saying that certain courts state that he is right, even though this is a national agreed upon rule on engagement between parents and school districts.

So basically one guardian hated what the other guardian (The School) was doing, and thus complained about it and used his daughter to create drama on the internet.
HOWEVER, this isn't the first time he has had drama with a school system. No fam, he actually was ran out of town in 2018.

BUT WAIT, THAT'S NOT THE END OF THIS:
Tl;dr: he states his entire family was ran out by two little middle school girls, which was a lie AFTER he said was going to terrorize and kill someone!
So, as you can probably infer from that, they moved from that school district, only to terrorize a completely new school district and use his daughter as a meme to harass that new school district. I will need to do further research and look at the gap years between 2018 to the present September 2020 period, but the man has moved his family from school district to school district after saying someone else was did, only to be found out later that he was lying and in fact assaulting and harassing other people for drama.
His Relationships:
Penkoski is known to start drama and loves to make it-- it's part of his ilk as a "Street Preacher": those men who love to screech at passerbys just trying to live their day-to-day lives like normal. It's most likely one of his only ways to make money as well, though this would need to be confirmed. His wife, Amanda Penkoski, is as angry a Christian as he is:
Just like God, her and her husband are probably angry every single day, most likely popping blood vessels at the mere sight of something different from their beliefs.
But we're not here to talk about Amanda: as the Christian faith states, they are to be subservient to their husbands, and thus irrelevant and useless in regards to the entire drama. (That being said, there's probably a lot of shit on her too and I recommend looking up further doxs about her). For now, we're going to focus on Daddy-- I mean Father Rich Penkoski.

Closing Statement:
So this isn't really about religion at the end. This entire situation is documenting a lolcow living in a fantasy. The man clearly has a god complex and thinks that his belief allows him to dictate how the world should be ran. It has even gotten ran out of town, and continuously gets him in trouble. He is God's "chosen" soldier, he to spread anger, wrath, and whatever soyboy bullshit he has: you can see it with his usage of the words "warrior", "battle", "war against degeneracy", and fulfilling some sort of desire of being this "Super Solider" for some sort of Lieutant known as his God. His God is just a military figure head/a war god whom he can feel is a respectful, honorable solider. His entire existence is basically playing War-- there is nothing else but that fulfillment of that wish to rage and battle against something, anything other than himself.
Maybe that's the only way he can fill empowered? After all, he holds a giant family in the back of a once broke down fucking bus after moving from New Jersey to West Virginia.
